Returns and Replacements
You may exchange or receive Credit on Account for new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items must be returned in their original product packaging including all original tags and litterature / documentation.
Step 1: Contact email@example.com to request a Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA#). In this email, please include the following information:
- Order Number.
- Items being returned.
- Reason for return.
- Phone Number and time where you could be reached.
Step 2: One of our customer service representatives will authorize the return, and an email will be sent including your RMA#. Please print this email and include it in the shipping box.
Step 3: Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container. However, please DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged.
If a return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll supply you with the return shipping label. Otherwise, returns should be sent pre-paid by the carrier of your choice to:
